Mango Fruit Roll Up Recipe!

 

 

 

 

 

Step 1: Cut Mango into small pieces roughly the size you see in the first picture above.

Step 2: Puree mangos with blender if possible, or manually until a puree is reached.

Step 3: Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 4: Spread puree onto baking sheet w/ parchment paper, making it as even as possible and ideally around 1/8th-inch thick.

Step 5: Bake the puree for 3-4 hours (time will vary depending on thickness)

Step 6: Remove from oven when fully dried and pliable.  Place a piece of wax paper over the fruit, peeling off the fruit and the wax paper together.

Step 7: Cut the fruit into strips, roll up.
