Cactus pears are rich in vitamins, minerals, and dietary fiber making them a healthy addition to your diet.

Our cactus pears are imported from Mexico and Colombia.

Our cactus pears are seasonal and only available on February, June to November.

Cactus pears can be eaten raw and can also be used to make jellies, jams, and candies. Word of Caution: Before eating a cactus pear, it is very important to remove the skin and peel it off safely by using gloves to prevent the spine from getting into your skin.

1. Cut off the top and bottom of the prickly pear. Don’t forget to wear gloves to avoid the thorns getting stuck to your skin.

2. Slice the fruit lengthwise, about 1/8th to 1/4th of an inch deep. You should now be able to peel the skin off of the fruit.

3. Slice the fruit and enjoy eating!
