3 easy ways to eat fresh kiwi:


•  Peeling a kiwi with a knife 

1. Cut both ends of the kiwi.

2. Stand the kiwi on the cutting board with the flat end at the bottom.

3. Trim the piece of the skin by cutting it in a downward motion. 

4. Continue around the entire kiwi until all of the skin is removed.


•  Prepare a kiwi using a spoon

1. Cut both ends of the kiwi.

2. Place a spoon with a relatively sharp edge where the flesh of the kiwi meets the skin.

3. Gently work your way into the fruit while also rotating the kiwi.

4. You’ll end up with a cylinder of fruit and a circle of peel that can be discarded.

1. Cut kiwi in half widthwise.

2. Place a spoon with a relatively sharp edge where the flesh of the kiwi meets the skin.

3. Gently work your way into the fruit while also rotating the kiwi.

4. Scoop out the kiwi once you get most of the base of the fruit.
