Enjoy this healthy pressed juice made with fresh Catania cara cara oranges, carrots, apple, and fresh ginger!

Ingredients:

•  large carrots, peeled and chopped

•  1 fresh Catania cara cara orange, peeled and chopped

•  1 apple, chopped

•  2-inch chunk of fresh ginger, peeled


GARNISH:

•  Slice of cara cara orange

Directions:

1. Mix and blend the carrots, orange, apple, and ginger using your juicer.


2. Serve with a slice of cara cara orange as a garnish if you want.
